INGREDIENTS
| Rice | 1cup (soaked for 4-5 hrs) |

| Chana dal | 1/2 cup |
| Toor Dal | 1/4 cup |
| Urad dal | 2 tbsp |
| Curd | 1/2 cup |
| Grated bottle gourd | 1 Cup |
| Grated cabbage | 1/2 Cup |
| Grated carrot | 1/4 cup |
| Coriander leaves chopped | 3 tbsp |
| Ginger paste | 1/2 tsp |
| Chopped green chillies | 1 or 2 |
| Sugar | 1/2 tsp |
| Brahmins chilli powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Brahmins turmeric powder | 1/4 tsp |
| Oil | 2 tsp |
| Salt | to taste |
| Mustard seeds | 1 tsp |
| Brahmins asafoetida | 1 or 2 punches |
| Jeera | 1/2 tsp |
| Sesame seeds | 1/4 tsp |
| Curry leaves | few |
INSTRUCTIONS
- Take Rice Chana dal.Toor dal, urad dal and Grind with curd.
- To this mixture add,grated bottle guard,cabbage,carror,coriander leaves,ginger paste,green chillies,suger chilli powder,turmeric powder,oil,and salt,Bake this handovo mixture in oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- For tempering heat oil and put one by one: mustard seeds,asafoetida,jeera,sasaame seeds,curry leaves.
