Brahmins Rasam
Ingredients
Sliced Tomato – ½ cup (100 g)
Tamarind – 25 g (1 Lime Size)
Water – 500 ml (2 cup)
Brahmins Rasam Powder – 2 tbsp (10g)
Coconut oil – ½ tbsp
Dry Red Chilly (as required)
Mustard (as required)
Curry Leaves/ Coriander Leaves (as required)
Preparation method
Soak Tamarind in sufficient water & drain the essence.
Take water in a bowl bring to boil with tamarind essence and Brahmins Rasam powder.
Heat oil in a pan & add mustard, dry red Chilly & curry leaves, and sauté tomato in low flame.
Once it is ready, pour it directly to the boiled mixture.
Add salt to taste.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
Now delicious Brahmins Rasam is ready!
