Brahmins Mango Pickle
Mango 1 kg (cut into small pieces)
Gingelly Oil-4 tbsp (60ml)
Pickle Powder-4 tbsp (60 g)
Take the mango pieces in a vessel.
Mix the cut mango pieces with Brahmins Pickle Powder
Add hot gingelly oil to this and mix well.
After cooling, transfer to a clean and airtight jar.
Instead of mango, you can make any kind of pickle like gooseberry, lemon etc. (This pickle powder is not preferable for non-vegetarian pickles).
