Corn Puttu
How to prepare Corn Puttu
Take 500g (2 ½ cup)Brahmins Corn Puttu powder in a medium sized bowl, add salt as required.
Add 350 ml (1 ½ cup) water, mix well. Keep it for 10 minutes. Put the mixture in puttu maker with coconut scrapings.
Steam it for around 10 minutes (till it cooks) .
To make it more soft, put the mixture in mixer and mix for 1 minute before cooking.
