INGREDIENTS
Sooji/semolina | 1cup |

Water | 2 cups |
Brahmins chilli powder | 1 tsp |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Brahmins Garam masala | ½ tsp |
Chaat masala | 1 tsp |
Oil | for deep frying |
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat a pan and add the water. Let the water boil and add salt, chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala and 1 tbsp oil.
- Add the sooji to the mixture and mix well
- Continue mixing until the mixture thickens
- Cook on a low flame for 2-3 min. Then let the dough cool for 5 min
- Knead the dough and roll small portions into fingers
- Fry the fingers in oil and serve with tomato sauce/ chutney
